Yeeeeeeeeeeeehah. It’s Friday. And the long lumbering project, which has gnawed away at my sense of humour like a cantankerous beast with no eyes, foul talons, an IQ floundering in the swallow waters and a booming blood-thirsty growl. Finishing with sanity in tact, having fought a fair number of skirmishes on a good many more boundaries than should be legally necessary, I feel as if I have vanquished some marvellously malevolent monster.
And on that note, I’m off in search of my cave, cats in tow to lick my wounds and contemplate the merits of hibernation. But before I do, here’s the third of the Twitter Two-Step series (as, ironically, my iPod shuffle-spits The National’s Patterns of Fairytales spinning on my decks). But this TTS is an altogether happier and more hopeful one. For a change. To celebrate the advent of happier, more hopeful times…
Have a beautiful weekend y’all!

Don’t forget to bring patience and compassion for yourself into your cave with you…xoxo Donna from Ruby’s Cove in NY
